Is the HVX 720 or 1080 natively?

[PhoenixF2B]

Hi, when you shoot with 1080 on the HVX200, are you shooting real 1080 or is it 720 upconverted?

[THoff]

The HVX does all of its imaging internally at 1080 and progressively, and all other recording modes are derived from that.
