Is the hack worth i?

I just got my brand new Gh2. I love it. But I have been reading that the hack makes this thing even more unbelievable... Is this true? Should I hack my gh2? I know it voids the warranty but I dont think i have a warranty...

If you do recommend hacking my gh2, could someone send me a good hack to use?
