Is the 5D mkII still okay? (feature film)

The post sharpened image is hideous-artifacts,noise,etc.

...Very strange, you are the ONLY person I've ever heard say this.

Based upon my own experience ( 5 years shooting video professionally, 20+ years shooting still photos professionally ), it's always better to do noise-reduction, sharpening, color-correction, and color-grading in post.

Been thinking for a bit on this question that was asked. It seem some people point out the flaws to the 5d and why they shouldn't use it but should use etc, etc, etc... instead. So the question is - Is the 5d mkii still okay - The answer is I haven't seen any films that were release in theaters or Tv that were shot on the FS100, AF100, C300, HVX200 or EX1 but I have seen films and TV shows that were shot on the 5d. I hope that answer your question :-)

“I couldn’t be more excited about these cameras, both the 5D Mark II and the 7D" says the Director of Numb3rs Stephen Gyllenhaal on Planet5D and continues: "We used them on Numb3rs for insert shots and for principle photography when using the lens baby. I’d really wanted to use it for the main camera (A camera) as well. But no one is quite ready to do that, although it’s close (I think) to doing much of what the Genesis camera does — worth hundreds of thousands of dollars."
