is slow mode possible?

I was wondering is slow mode possible in the Canon 5d Mk3? In the HVX200 I can do either slow mode or fast and play it back seeing the effects. I thought someone said that you can do slow mode in the Canon camera without doing it in editing? Any info would be great - thanks

You can shoot 1080p24, 1080p25, 1080p30, 720p50, 720p60. And then you can conform those to your final format. If that's 1080p24, it means you can do in-camera slow motion (shooting 1080p30 or 720p60), but no undercranking (for example, can't shoot 23 fps for fight scenes). Magic Lantern will change that: I think it allows anything between 1 and 31 fps on the 5D2.

You can record at 50/60fps and conform it in post to get smooth slow motion on 24p/25p/30p timelines. The clips are not slow motion by default - you have to slow them down afterwards.
