Still trying to learn as much as I can about the HVX before taking the leap.
Is it possible to feed HD footage stored on the P2 store directly into the HVX for down conversion to SD on the camera's tape mechanism? Or is the only way to accomplish in camera down conversion while the footage is still on the P2 card?
If it can be accomplished from the P2 store it would allow for longer down conversion sessions than having to down convert each card individually.
Your thoughts are appreciated.
