I've have a DVX100a and I believe that the audio is somehow setup too quiet. I don't think this is just the internal mics, when I have external sources going in messing with the pots I end up with a signal that is really quiet to blown-out. I have had to normalize things just to get a good dialog recording. This is something I have put off looking into as I have just been too busy and had other priorities.
So, anyone had this and is there something I can do about it like send it to Panasonic for repair. The camera is about two years old now and has always exhibited quiet recording. Thanks!
