Is it worth getting the 14-140 even if it overlaps with my 4/3 glasses ?

Being stepless or not doesn't matter as long as the result shows smooth auto exposure control. Some called it parfocal based on its result. As GH series perform better in higher ISO, the lens will become more useful. This is definitely not for low lighting case. But I don't dwell in a cave for all days either.
