To get HVX looking footage from a DVX? I understand The DVX is SD and the HVX is HD, so i guess my question is, what is the best way to convert SD to HD? Price is not a problem.

Ha! let me back myself up.......I did not mean Price is not a problem like that. i dont have 8 grand on me to buy a HVX200. Is there anything better then Instant HD& can anyone post a video clip of this software in action?

If you aren't going to shoot in HD, just stick to SD.
Even on an HDTV it will look fine. There's only so much you can get out of an SD image. "Instant HD" isn't that expensive, however, so it might be worth a try, but it can't be a permanant solution.
Without knowing much more about your needs, I'd say to just not worry about it.
