With the digital mandates (FCC) taking effect in Feb. 2009, what is the work flow for processing footage for TV? We are already digital, and using nonlinear editing, so what changes must be made to comply with ATSC? I normally shoot and process (FCP) in 24p (2:3:2:3 pull down pattern). From what I understand all TV broadcasts must be digital, but they will retain 4:3 formats.
