The film is complete and the premiere for Dark Disciple went great. Now it's time to launch this thing on DVD / VOD. Has anyone had any good or bad experience with CreateSpace?

I ordered a proof of my film and I could get it to play back on my PC's DVD drive, but not in my Xbox or my bluray player. This could have been due to the ISO creation program that I used before uploading the file, but it's a frustrating having to spend another $15 and wait a week to see if the new disc is going to be any different. The actual look of the disc and packaging is great though.

I've had a pretty good experience with create space. I have 3 films on amazon instant video and it's all about how you promote them. I chose streaming only and they pay out monthly.

thanks for the input. Is Amazon Instant Video the same as create space. And also, why did you only choose streaming?

I've had a generally good experience with them as well. It did take a very long time to get the streaming up and running (4 or 5 months, as I recall) but otherwise no complaints and I think the deal they offer (duplication/distribution with no up-front costs) is fair. I've made almost nothing from it, but I've also not done any promoting yet.
