Is clip data saved with HMC150

I've been looking through this forum and online in general and have not found an answer, if it was here please forgive.

I am trying to find camera information that would have been saved with a clip like the aperture, shutter speed, if on camera microphones were used vs. line or mic 1/2, etc. I can access this data with Photoshop with my still cameras and am hoping to do the same with the HMC150 and FCS2.

FCP has an Item Properties window, but it doesn't provide the information I am looking for, and I can't seem to get any info off the .MTS files.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I don't think you will get all that info... Reading the manual there is meta data you can save or edit on the camera, so you can remember your clips later.

AFAIK, none of that info is recorded anywhere unless you specifically put it in the meta data. I have yet to see any evidence that anything is stored in the stream file (mts), other than the audio/video specs. Metadata is stored in a different file, but very few programs actually read this.

The aperture and shutter speed could change many times during a clip. On a still camera this information is fixed for the shot. Mic data can also change during a clip as they are switch setting.

For these reasons I don't think it would be practical to provide the information you would like.

Regards,
Ken
