Is a product like "Blow Off Duster" safe to use on my 100b?

I just got a can of "blow off duster to clean my computer and such and it says thtit's fine for phot equipment but I thought I'd ask you folks here what you think?

It's ok for the outside of stuff, but don't blow it into the tape door mechanism, or any other cracks and crevasses in the camera, because it can actually force material into the camera itself. It's most effectively used in conjunction with a camel hair bruch, and one of those rubber blower bulbs. If i'm in a dusty environment, I'll use it to blow dust off the outside of the camera before opening the tape door to change tapes, this helps ensure nothing falls into the camera. I would say get a rubber blower ball and a camels hair brush for cleaning any delicate stuff.....
