I would love to lock the focus on my HVX because I use a Brevis 35mm DOF adaptor and any slight nudge on the focus ring of the HVX makes it go off (this is especially problematic since the HVX "numbers" focus display has some give between numbers making it impossible to tell.
If Panasonic was so inclined (and perhaps they are not) would it even be possible to lock the focus ring? I know an image flip is impossible, but this one seems like it might be. Any one know the technical aspects of this?
Even if it was possible, anyone think Panasonic would actually do it? Maybe I'm asking for a lot since it's probably only 1 out of 1000 who might want this feature.
