Hi awhile back I posted a thread regarding a problem with my iris on my DVX100A.
It wanted to open up on its own from time to time. I sent it to Madison Video Repair in Madison, WI and there is a technical bulletin on this problem. I believe she said it was the number 2 capacitors were blown. They fixed it and it is working fine.
