Any recommendations for iPhone Tripod Mounts?

Preferably something adjustable, that can be tightened down (so NOT spring-loaded), and won't scratch the iPhone, with a 1/4-20 thread.

Needs to be robust.
 
I un-screw the end of my wife's selfie stick. The bracket that holds the iphone in. It has a 1/4-20 thread on it
 
And selfish sticks are cheap, I'll have to look into this. I guess you could also use the selfish stick as a short jib of sorts.

Forgot to mention that you may also be able to use the selfie bluetooth function for remote recording...but I haven't tried it yet as the wife hides her selfie stick from me!

See, it is a selfish stick. I still think I need to buy one though. You are right that you should be able to use the BT trigger which might help a lot.

And it's a cell phone, does it really need Wooden Camera quality?
