GH5 Iphone as a field monitor-anyone tried this?

This one is cheaper and has much of the same functionality, even false color. Doesn't work with Teradek though, which would give you better resolution. Lumix camera Wifi maxes out at 640x360 resolution. Also, peaking isn't visible over wifi while recording, only when stopped, which sucks.

The Lumix app is free and is really great plus you can control the camera and settings however this looks really great and you get those scopes too. Take my money!

Thanks! After reading your initial post I took a look at it and decided to give it a try. I had purchased his Cine Meter 2 a few months ago and was really pleased with it. For my needs the Field Monitor has an amazing amount of functionality for $20. I bought it primarily for the scopes which again are going to well serve my needs but it also has all of the basic controls for the camera including focus, autofocus, ISO, Apature, Shutter, etc. Haven't used it yet in a production environment but looks like it's going to be a great deal for me at the price.
