Intro rough edit - PSA

Today we went to a catering place down the street from my high school and a few of us were assigned to create a PSA (public service announcement) about how senior prom and alcohol dont mix.

I was DP for this..one of my friends had to write it because he was a senior. Tonight i just captured the footage shot in 24p with the HVX. This is just a rough edit for the intro.

CC was done with color curves, color corrector and Magic Bullet. Vegas 7.0

I thought when you posted it this big, we were going to see a 720 image. My first impression was that she was nervice from preparing for prom night. I don't really get the "drank too much at prom night" feeling from the scene. The notion of not mixing booze with prom night sounds hard to tackle, because it's false advertisement to claim the 2 don't mix. Was this a mormon PSA? Not crazy about vomit build up scenes. Looks good though, the girl is a pretty good acter, and totally hot.

Well...the PSA is supposed to last about 30 seconds long..and the kid who wrote/directed this has it start off with that scene..then another scene with another person...then they switch back and forth and talk to the camera. All the teachers for my TV class wanted was to tell kids not to drink during prom. That's not gonna happen. lol

I get a grade for doing camera so I've got no complaints of what it's about.

Yeahh sorry to dissapoint but no 720p...didn't get the P2 card in the mail yet...been waiting since February..

Anyways, that looks too pretty to be scaring kids from drinking. Id scare em straight and show her wind up in the street half naked not know what happened. Thats whatll happen if you drink at prom.
