I like more molding or moody side light more than front hard keys. A easy way to get two tones on the face is one side with softbox and the other with a low wattage fresnel or bounce board. Add some patterns to break up the background as well. I have a couple of these and they are handy and easy to use. Just clip them on the barn doors of a 300 watt fresnel. Works great. http://www.lightbreak.com/order.php. I love lighting. I like to pull out a few 100 watt peppers and splash them on plants or walls to give more depth to the shots.
