interpret avchd 50p footage to 25p footage in premiere pro cs4

Hey Guys

when I interpret avchd 720/50p footage to 25p footage in premiere pro cs4 then have to render it the in point and the out point change. In a 25 timeline.
Can anyone tell me why? and how it fix it.
If i don't have to render it works fine.
