Hi everyone,
Ok, I have a question. I am working with an organization that shows videos all over the world. US, India, UK, etc.
My question is … my thinking is to work in a PAL workflow thru to master & then use Cinema Tools (Mac) to slow the footage from 25p to 24p. There is the 525 line/ 480 line question too. Do I just place the “new” 24p footage in a 24p NTSC sequences & use the motion tab to reposition the larger image ? I really don’t want to resize the DV image …
This is a workflow question that is untried by me but Super important to my organization. And the stuff really will show to millions of people in NTSC & PAL alike.
They have been shooting 60i NTSC with a ( Gulp!) PD150 and transferring to PAL and nobody is thrilled with the quality. Stretching the 480 to fit.
SO … Help !!
