Intermittent brightness flicker in 5D2 videos

I still see some intermittent brightness flickering (slight but noticeable) in my videos although I have disabled the following:

Auto lighting optimizer
Peripheral correction
Highlight tone priority
High ISO noise reduction
Long exposure noise reduction
AWB

I am running in manual mode. Is there anything else that I'm missing? Thanks for the inputs

When are you seeing this? Is it under lighting? It's a long shot but maybe it's the hz of your lights and your frame rate.

I'm at shutter speed 50. It's not flickering due to the light frequency. This will not be intermittent but continuous band of lines running from top to bottom of screen.

Looking more closely at the flicker that I'm seeing, it seems to occur in the shadow areas when I pan the camera to a scene which has lower average brightness. Feels like the Automatic Lighting Optimizer is still working although it has been disabled. Maybe it is only disabled for jpeg but not movies?

Some lights have variations in brightness and color temperature over time. Are you experiencing this under sunlight? Also are you using the latest firmware? What lens are you using? Does it happen with other lenses?

It's happening in natural lighting as well. So it's nothing to do with the lighting. My firmware is current 2.0.9. Lens used is 24-105 f4 IS and does not matter if IS is on or off. I've tried prime lenses such as 50f1.2 and 85f1.2 and the problem is still there.

Guys, I think I found the problem. It was the wmp media player. When I played the files using Quicktime, they were fine. I guess wmp does some kind of brightness adjustment.
