Interior Shots - best practice?

Hello people,
I have to shoot few interior shots. Not sure what settings to use 30p / 60i. Final product will be for the web viewing(but quality has to stand out). Please help!
Should I use an on camera light as well? Any trick for post production to get the most out of it but not to kill it with the size(Sorenson Squeeze VS QuickTime optimizer)

For web I recommend 30P, full frames direct from camera.
Light is always important, but it depends on location / subject (better reults if the light is not attached to the camera ) :)
Quicktime is good in quality, wmv is great in size, mpeg1 can keep the quality and size. For quicktime users must have QT codec.

I hope this helps,
Ulisses
