I'm not sure if anyone has posted this before but there is a very interesting podcast from Finchers team regarding their workflow for his latest movie zodiac, they talk in detail about their whole process on production and in post.
There's no involvement from the HVX as they are working uncompressed with the VIPER and downrezzing to DVCPROHD for working files. Its interesting to see how similar it is to the workflow many of us are using. Only bigger. Of course.
