Intercutting HMC-150 1080 30p and Canon 5D MKII?

Hello, I've got footage from the HMC-150 and the Mark II. I've noticed a difference in size despite both being shot in HD 1080p 30p. The MKII footage appears to be a few pixels in width smaller than the HMC. This is not good when I export it for web preview etc.

Anyone ever intercut the two before? -- Care to share your workflow? Anyone able to suggest a fix for this?

Thanks so much in advance.

Mangler, thanks for the response, sorry for the late reply!

The MKII footage is completely raw, right from the memory card. The HMC-150 has been logged and transferred through FCP with Apple Pro Res HQ. Does that help? I am not sure if I can import the MKII footage the same way I import the HMC-150 footage... via log and transfer, conver to Apple Pro Res.

Update: What I did was export the MKII .mov file using compressor to Apple Pro Res for Progessive Material, reimport it back to FCP. And wala, they match up.. In fact, I think the MK II footage looks even better than it did in its original state.

Thanks for your help!
