Intensity Pro HELP

Cutting to the chase... I have my fcp 6 recognizing the intensity pro card, I am getting an image on the external monitor when i stop the video, but when I hit play i get nothing. I am running a 720p 30 timeline and the video is being sent out through component cables. Could it be that my sequence setting for the playback output video is at 60? There are no options for 30 or 24 so I am choosing dvcprohd 60 since my camera (hvx200) is shooting at that format.

Any ideas of whats going on? Its not glitching or showing signs of lack of ram or processor power, just not liking the signal I guess? I cant get into the controls of the tv since it is a pretty big piece of junk viewsonic... I figured I might be able to set the input to 720 to make sure it wasnt doing anything wierd... but I used my Ikan 8" hd monitor which definetly accepts my cameras footage fine, and it does the same thing.

Where would I find that? Previously I had a SD monitor that I output to through a canopus box and it worked fine, and gave me this same problem when I tried to send HD out to it, so my assumption was that its not sending/getting the correct signal. I am hearing every bit of audio through the computer. I guess I can try and hook the audio cables up as well to the tv and see if the tv's speakers play the audio straight through to test that portion?
