Integrating PAL and NTSC footage

I have someone bringing a lot of NTSC (B roll) footage. They have it on a hard drive. They also have a PAL- camera.

We want to integrate the footage into our NTSC based system. Using Premiere Pro.

Is there a way to read this into Premiere? Can he use his PAL based camera here and read it in.

(Damn, maybe should have asked this in the Premiere section!)
