INSTANT HD or PHOTOZOOM PRO ?

What´s the best software to convert 4:3 to 16:9? Instant HD or Photozoom Pro? in terms of image quality. Or perhaps another software or hardware?
Somebody who compared both?

I can highly recommend PhotoZoom Pro 2 as it offers the best interpolation (resizing/enlarging) algorithm.

It doesn't natively support movie / video files yet, but in terms of image quality it's indisputably the best in this area (as the developer of this product I'm of couse somewhat biased ;) but you can see this confirmed by many 3rd party reviews, tests and comparisons).
