Why can't I ever sleep the night before I'm supposed to travel somewhere?

I should be packed and in bed by now. But instead I'm just procrastinating the final chores that I need to get done before I leave. I know that I can go to bed the moment they are done, but I keep finding other "preparations" to make.

I'm the same way. It's very hard to go to sleep if you think there is something pending.

But the worst part is that I know that tomorrow is allready going to be rediculously long, even if I did get a full night's sleep.
