Excerpts from a 30 min EPK I shot in Japan. 2 weeks, 7 cities, 28 appearances. All expenses paid, girls with an attraction to bearded foreigners, and lots and lots of booze.

What mode and settings did you shoot this in?

It's probably the compression but it looked like there is partial exposure when the band is being hit with flashes.

I liked your audio by the way.

What mic?

Straight to cam or?
 
Pretty run and gun, so many, many different settings. 720 24/PN crushed master pedistal.

I boost my brightness when exporting HD footage to SD or internet, maybe that is what you are seeing?

As for audio. 2x Sennhesier wireless LAVs, and a Rhode NTG2 shotgun straight to camera. Layered CD aif over live sound for the songs.
 
Way up north in Sapporo or down south in Fukuoka.

Tokyo and Osaka were amazing to visit, but I met so many cool people in the 'smaller' cities. I guess the big city residents are used to gaijin and ex-pats wandering around.
