Innerspace or storm

Im looking for a case for my F-3. Id rather not have to dis-assemble the rig everytime it needs to go back in the case- my question is, what solution has worked for you? I see the innerspace case has lots of room for accessories, but i can't figure out if i'd need to remove the rods, zacuto vf and other accessories, or if it will live with these on.
What i have: oconnor obox (looks like it might have room for this) 15 mm rods, ET riser. Berkley top plate, MFF2 Follow focus.
Please lmk what what you've found to be the best, cost effective, time effective solution. Thanks in advance!!

In this instance it's not so much about the outer case as it is the foamed interior. Yes, if you buy a Storm you can pick and pluck it to fit the gear, but that will be start to fall apart in six months to a year.

Innerspace (and other case manufacturers) can customize the foam to fit your gear so you can travel exactly as you want it. It's not terribly more than buying a pre-foamed case. And you can choose whether you want a Storm (they are a dealer) or their case built to spec--the cost is generally about the same. Innerspace has made a dozen or more custom cases for me over the years. They have templates of many pieces of gear already in their library. In the case of wanting the camera to travel with a set of accessories on it, it's best if they have the actual item to take measurements on it and ensure a proper fit. It's easiest if you happen to be in the LA area of course, but I'm sure you can send them the gear with specific instructions and they can do the foaming--conversely, there are companies that will do that in many cities if you happen to live near one.

Bottom line: it's worth the investment in a custom foam job over relying on pick and pluck. The gear will travel safer and you'll deal with less frustration. Even if your needs and gear change down the road, you can always have the case itself refoamed for different use (I've just done that with a number of my cases). There are the padded inserts you can get for Storms and Pelicans but these are best for small items that don't need the padding protection that a camera does.
