I admit right up front to being a luddite on this.
For my P2 workflow, I am still ingesting with P2CMS and then doing a log and transfer to FCP7. The main reason for this is it has always worked for me. I have never lost a frame of footage doing this. Ever. I am anticipating a major upgrade clean install to my MacPro in the very near future and will probably upgrade to FCPX, but will have to stick with Mountain Lion for a while due to unrelated software conflicts with Mavericks. I was wondering what people are using for P2 - DVCProHD ingest to FCPX? I need a solution for AVCCAM as well if you have one.
