I have the Rails, The FF and the Indiclamp which is not on the website. And I have always used their products. They work great, never had a single problem with anything. And the Customer service over there has been stellar for me. I have heard mixed reviews about the DSLR rig, but for the price you really can't beat them. I would not get the square, ask Tim about the Indiclamp.

The only thing I don't like is the design of thier lens gears. they work fine but setting them up is a pain and you could damage your lenses if you are not careful. I own a set and use them I just don't like the screw thing they have going on.

the grips and handlebar are redrock everything else is indisystem.

I have nothing but good things to say about indifocus and Tim. Do business with them and you won't regret it.

Richard I wonder if you have the right size screws? They should all be able to go completely into the gear and not stick out. I think has smaller screws for really fat lenses and will send you some if you ask - again, I think.
 
you'd be better off calling him during business hours... he's always working, but he always tries to personally answer the phone. not so great on email, but great on the phone :)
 
I second the phone call idea. I called him when something broke on my follow focus, and I had a shoot in a few days, and he shipped a replacement gearbox in 2 days for free.

He's awesome, I tell all my friends about him if they need equipment.
