IndiSNAP Lens gears... my review

Wow those things look great. Never seen gears look that sturdy. I tried googling them and I couldn't find a vendor. Where can you get these?

He says they're from Tim at Indifocus in the review. I don't see them on the website, probably if you call they can give you more info.

Yeah they are from IndiFOCUs, he hasn't updated the site with them yet but he does have a bunch of them he said. Call him up and you could have a set by Wednesday I bet... Magnets are fine as long as you don't put them too close to things that could have issues. Like I wouldn't put these things magnet down on the camera body, but out near the lens they pose no threat...
I think he's charging about $25 a piece, which is insanely good pricing... don't quote me though, call Tim and ask him.

NO **** I WANT ONE. Although by looking at the concept I can already think of ways to improve how it can be secured, at such a low low cost I'm not complaining.

Thats the thing guys, there is no need to secure it any further... this thing is SECURE... there is no need to make it tighter.

Yes, it does. I've tested it and used it with the MP which uses the indiFOCUS20. Works very well.

very nice and smooth... for the price of new though I would make your own with Igus or buy from Cinecity, Im fairly certain its all the same

does this gear work with the indyfocus20? the cheaper one?

It works perfectly!
