"Indie Square" for 5dmk2 - Anyone used it?

So on indifocus.com they have this interesting product called the "Indie Sqaure" which kind makes a cage for the camera to rig stuff to and protect the camera. For $129 you get the Indie Square w/attached 12" 15mm rods which seems like a sweet deal considering it's $150 for just the rails? Does that make sense?

I dont think you get the rods ?

(Edit the price does seem to include the rods - very strange as its cheaper to buy the square with the rods than just the rods alone - Id check that !)

The square alone looks front heavy

Unfocusable

And the top handle would cause swing if you moved the camera in shot

Useful therefore IMO only for protection and accessory hanging

matched with rails/shoulder pad it may become actually useful for handling the camera

The prices are interesting - either amazing value or leading for trouble
