That said, 'Flex-Dolly' seems to have diasappeared from Ebay (after a few more bad bits of feedback).

Does anyone know if he has opened up using another name? If so, what is it?

I just noticed a 'new' Canadian seller has appeared offering camcorder products!
 
Sigh, this is just really unfortunate that there's all this bad feedback about Todd. He really is a great guy and he puts out a good product at a very reasonable price. I was one of the first to buy a dolly from him and when I had some suggestions for it he actually redesigned the dolly and sent me the new one. A few months back I bought another Flex Track dolly from him and he kept in touch with me through the whole ordering process, going as far as emailing me to make sure that things were ok when I missed two deliveries attempt. To date the Flex Track is still one of my most reliable tool and it had helped me get many great shots.
 
Huy I am happy for you, you got what you paid for.

Unfortunately a lot of us here (and elsewhere) did not.

Right now if Todd responded to the e-mails, and either

a) give me my money back, OR

b) actually provided the goods I legally purchased nearly seven months ago

I would be happy just like you.

Action would be wonderful right now, NOT silence or empty promises.

However, if you and I and everyone else operated the same way that he does the world would be in big trouble. Sure people can have problems with manufacturing processes, but in this day and age with SO much communication available, why ignore the customers you have taken money from so very long ago?

Perhaps if he is such a great guy, you could have a word with him on our behalf?

I for one would be grateful!
