Indiana Jones and the Spear of Destiny

Dark Side of the Camera
I got talked into volunteering as DP for a fan film called "Indiana Jones and the Spear of Destiny" - wich a firend of a friend shoots since a while. They already have lots of material, but wanted a professional DP for some difficult scenes.

First I thought "ahh, fan film ya know" but actualy it is a lot of fun.

We shot yesterday and today some car and bike chase scenes.

We also put a crane with remote head on a drawbar trailer and did some crazy stunts, like a jump from a motor bike on a Jeep or get "Jones" draged behind a sidecar and things like that.

Good clean fun!

Here is some grabs.

It´s the dead end of a brand new industrial areal with almost no traffic on week ends.

Not verry 1930s - I know, but what can I say.

We saw about 4 cars during shooting, but secured the entry for the stunts.
