Couldnt find an answer in forums, so my first post !
Im fairly new to the whole HVX202 World !!
I was shooting a film for my Uni assignment today in 720p25. we have a 8gb P2 card.
Once the card was used up I threw it in my G4 lappy to import into FCP.
Message recieved:
"One or more P2 clips failed to import; probable incomplete or corrupt clips"
This happened when i selected either all of the clips or any single one.
I tried the exact same setup the day before and everything worked fine.
Any ideas how to retrieve my footage ?? !! Please !
Also, is it possible to log and capture into FCP using the Firewire from camera ?
I set it up, and it seemed to ALMOST work. preview was disabled and nothing was playing when Capture Now was running. The computer and camera seemed to comunicate to each other, but i could not capture my footage.
Help please. for a complete HD newbie !
