Recently ran out of battery on my HVX, when transfering files in FCP.
When I turned the camera back on, INCOMPATIBLE CARD flashed on the LCD monitor.
First I thought that the card was corrupt, and my files where lost.
Googled it, but all I could find was "reformat the card".
As I had very important footage on the card, I decided to try to back it up to my P2-store first.
And that worked as usual.
Then I put the card in the other P2 slot on my HVX (slot 2), and the camera read the card perfect.
I also put my other cards in slot 1, and all of them came up as incompatible.
As it seemes to me, it's the slot that's corrupt, and not the cards.
Tried to update firmware, but it didn't help.
Is there an easy fix for this, or do I have to get service on the camera?
