Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forum. I just wanted to share my experience with the DVX 100A.
Last year we used the DVX to shoot a rap music video. I discovered the DVX on camcorderinfo.com and based on the reviews decided to use the camera. I can tell you that the footage is amazing. We shot the video using a steady cam because there was going to be alot of motion. At first I thought I was going to have to use magic bullet to get a more film-like appearance. After seeing the footage I decided against it. Its simply amazing. I can't wait for the HVX 200. Even though I won't be able to afford one. I will be able to rent one!!!
If you'd like to check out the footage for the video you can go to:

Broadband users get a better image. If you go to www.justenoughtv.com and select broadband then type Baby Ray in the search section. Select "In Yo' Face" and you can view it high speed. Dial up users can also view broadband but it takes longer to load!
Also I saw a film called "The Ski Trip" at a gay and lesbian film festival. It was screened using the DVD format and I can tell you that it looked just like film!!!
The Ski Trip can be seen on the LOGO channel!!!
Faithful DVX user!!
