GH3 In What Format Do You Save Final Project?

I've been shooting 1080 24p, 50 Mbps (MOV) and editing in FCPX. After uploading to YouTube, I usually create a higher quality QuickTime movie and save it for viewing on my MacBook Pro. I was hoping readers could tell me how they save their finished projects, and at what bit rate.

I usually export in QuickTime .mov at 100% quality, which roughly gives between 50 and 100mbps (usually around 75mbps) depending on the scene complexity. I'm fine with that.

The standard Cineform CODEC which is a wavelet-based 10-bit 4:2:2 CODEC. The AVID DNxHD or Apple ProRes CODECs are pretty much equivalent, though I prefer Cineform when editing under Windows.

Any particular reason?

I edit with Sony Vegas Pro and Cineform works faster and smoother under Windows for me.
