In Camera Audio 2 frames early?

Hey guys, I have a situation i wouldn't have expected that has come up. I have a shoot I'm editing where the in camera audio is slightly early (about 2 or 3 frames). For the shoot I recorded the wireless lavs into my Marantz pmd661 field recorder and i had a Sennheiser 416 shotgun on my HMC-150 for redundancy and to get a sense of ambience. I synced the secondary sound to the picture with one of the hosts of the show verbally saying the scene and take and clapping her hands. It's off-sync from the in camera sound and when I zoomed in on my timeline you can see the audio peak from the in-camera audio comes in 2 or 3 frames before the hands have made contact. I was recording 720p60. What do you think? Should I "un-link" the in camera audio and match it to the picture? Should I just sync the secondary audio to the in-camera audio and not worry about it b/c it's so close? Opinions... I would like to have both audio tracks and to simply turn down the in camera audio so the sound has a "sense of place".

You should sync the sounds with the video, and not the opposite.

1 frame is not, but 2 to 3 frames is noticeable.
