On the AV IN/OUT Setup I had it set to 1080i I was wondering if I should had it set at 720p since I was filming in 720P/24PN?
I was wondering why would someone want to shoot 720p/60p instead of 720p/24?
When you go to scene file you can change you shooting style from 24frames to 60frames depending on if you want to shoot regular or slow motion etc…which changes your recording time.
Now if you go to Recording Setup you have a choice to set up 720P/24PN that will give you 42 minute of recording time but if you go to 720P/60P you end up with 17 minutes of recording time? Is the quality much better at 60P?
While shooting a short film my setup was 720P/24PN
I had my scene file set up as:
Syncro Scan 180.0d (really not sure what this should be)
Detail level 0
V Detail Level 0
Detail Coring 0
Chroma Level –7
Chroma Phase +7
Color Temp +4
Master Ped –15
A. Iris Level 0
News Gamma Off
Gamma B. Press
Knee High
Matrix Norm
Skin Tone Dtl Off
V Detail Freq Thin
I’m sure none of this makes any sense to anyone :dankk2:
