Hello everyone... new here!
I kinda suspected I would encounter such a problem before it even happened.
I am trying to import raw footage from my HPX170 (using a 32GB P2 E Series) card.
When ever I connect my camera to my computer via FIREWIRE, a message pops up
"The video device is currently in use. Close any other program that is using the device and try again.
If you need to start import video again, turn off your import device, then turn it on again."
Windows Movie Maker does not detect my device in the import menu; even when I click refresh a hundred times!
Help would be GREATLY appreciated!
