Importing the best footage Pt2

I know I had questions before but I really dont think I learned or figured things out yet. Help!

Ok the thing is, I walked around the shop shooting video of my office and whatnot and did it all in F5. Then I went to avid xpress pro 4.3 and imported in a 23.97 timeline. And when I scrub the timeline the footage seems kind of jumpy and choppy a bit and also its all interlaced with lines and doesn't show great quality. Why is that?

Xpress Pro 4.3 CANNOT remove normal pulldown (I.E. F5) without a Mojo. It has to be F6 if you're using a 23.976 project.

Xpress Pro HD 5.2 CAN remove normal pulldown (I.E. F5) without a Mojo, if you change the cadence settings.

I do have the mojo though. And I used it to capture that footage.

Then I would guess your cadence setting needs to be changed. I don't use a Mojo, so I'm going to bow out of this one and let someone with more experience take it from here.

The thing is, I checked the cadence and its disabled, I cant change anything.
