-A Final Cut v5 System
-A Panasonic D5 deck for one weekend
-A 94 minute D5 tape of HD-telecined film that I would like to have on my hard drive (preferably H264)
Anybody have experience with importing D5 tape onto a Mac? Specifically I'd like to know what else I'd need, and what codec I'd be best off using. (How lossy is DVCPRO HD?) Thanks!
