IMPORTANT SETTING in the HVX when using FS-100 in 720p/24p Native mode

This just in: along with all the steps from the FS-100 manual, in order to get true 720p/24p native footage, you must do this to your HVX:

Menu ->
Recording setup->
UB mode->
Frame Rate

Ours was set to TCG and we were getting stuttery/strobey footage upon import into FCP. This simple setting fixed the problem and was made known by the nice guy at Focus' tech support.

no problem, I hope it'll alleviate headaches everywhere. I can't see where it's mentioned in the Focus manual, and it's not in their FAQ's or troubleshooting sections on their website. We followed every step (except this one) and couldn't figure out what the problem was. Focus' tech support guy was spot-on. I don't understand why this isn't mentioned in any of their support materials.
