Import P2 not listed

I just downloaded and installed 30 day trial for avid mc. I have exisitng P2 files on my hard drives. When I attempt to import my P2 files by choose file>ImportP2 there is NO"Import P2"option listed. It seems to be missing.
DOES THE TRIAL VERSION NOT SUPPORT IMPORTING P2 FILES or is the software install corrupt??
 
It appears the demo i was sent is VERSION 4 which doesn't support P2. 2 weeks later, now avid has version 5 online to download. geeze. But if I reinstall will I lose my 30 day trial???
 
With version 4.0, Import P2 was replaced (by default settings) with AMA. If you want to import P2 footage, choose Link to AMA Volume. Point to the highest folder of your P2 structure and al the clips will show up in a bin.

If you want the old Import P2 back, go to your AMA settings, Volume Mounting, and turn it off. Restart Avid, and Import P2 will show back up.

If you unistall 4 and install 5.0, you should get a full 30 days with 5. The AMA/P2 Import functionality is the same in 5 as 4.
