The shamefulness of Constantine a one good reason to not see it...

...although the visualizations of Hell were pretty cool, and Tilda Swinton is always at her greatest, playing vaguely inhuman characters...

G-Force has potential, to be fun. We'll see.

Yeah, I agree about Constantine but the similarity with Stormbreaker is the ability of creatures and such to attack in open city streets. Monsters in normal everyday life. Slightly demonic.

I think I'm doing alright, for living in Wisconsin... but I have a question. If you join IMDb pro, do they post pretty much anything you submit and make it available to the public? Is it worth it? Couldn't just one person pay the fee and submit info about everybody's project?

That's not what it's for, really. IMDB Pro is about access to more information (like the StarMeter). It doesn't help you post other projects.

Generally, you need to be able to point to a public screening of you film to get listed, usually a link to a festival schedule will be enough to satisfy their editors. doesn't matter if you have a "pro" account or not. HOWEVER! If you haven't been able to screen your work publicly, the easiest way to get on IMDB is to put your film up on www.CreateSpace.com. Why?

CreateSpace is owned by Amazon, as is IMDB. And any film listed on Amazon will be listed on IMDB.

they bought withoutabox.com too, so it won't be long before any indie film project registered there shows up on imdb.

My wife was on Don't Say A Word (editorial).

Small world, as always.

I seems like IMDB has gone from being a professional resource, to a professional/semi-professional resource, to a professional/semi-professional/hobbyist resource, on its way to becoming a professional/semi-professional/hobbyist/anybody with a camcorder resource.
