Image Tracking Plug-in?

Does anyone know of any type of image tracking plug-ins available for Vegas 4? I have Commotion 4 which I've used infrequently, but it just seems the image tracking should really be available for Vegas. I've gotten a couple different demo plug-ins in the past for Premiere 5~6.5.

Re: Image Tracking Plug-in?

Do you mean motion tracking software to track the motion of something in footage and apply its motion to another element?

If so, then no, nothing like that exists for Vegas AFAIK. That ability is pretty much relegated to effects programs such as Commotion (which is very good at it BTW). However Boris' Red integrates to a certain extent with Vegas where you can apply it to an event, etc. It should be noted tho, that the term "realtime" does not exist when using this "plugin" (which really is a standalone program able to be selected from Vegas' menu) as everything must be rendered to see the results of this software.

Commotion is a great tool for motion tracking, you would do well to use it. :)
