I happened across the following page which does a great job at explaining the image settings and including images to go a long with them. So I thought I would pass this along to everyone else. BTW if you use FCP to edit, there are a lot of great article on FCP at the site too.

Yeah, that's a great article. SOmeone linked to it a while back, but it never hurts to refresh. I printed it on my color printer for reference, just in case it disappeared into the darkness of Internet oblivion.
